  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine the first 9 ingredients.

    Put half the batter in a greased Bundt pan.
  3. 3
    Combine the last 3 ingredients and sprinkle half on top of the batter. Spread on the rest of the batter, then sprinkle on the rest of the topping.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Remove from pan after it has cooled for 10 minutes. When cooled, glaze with a thin powdered sugar glaze.
