- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl.

2Combine egg, sour cream and cooking oil.

3Make a well in center of dry ingredients, add liquid ingredients all at once.

4Mix only until all ingredients are moist.

5Fill well greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
