- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 qt. roasted pecan halves
Directions

1Mix sugar, sour cream and vanilla in a large pot.

2Stir and bring to a boil.

3Boil 3 minutes, stirring often.

4Pour in roasted pecans.

5Stir until liquid is absorbed.

6Pour onto waxed paper; separate so pecans will dry without sticking together.

7Allow to dry.

8Store in airtight container.
