- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar well in a bowl.

2Add beaten egg yolks, flour and sour cream, mixing thoroughly.

3Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
