- 2 sticks butter
- 6 eggs, separated
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar.

2Add egg yolks, one at a time. Sift flour and soda.

3Add with sour cream.

4Fold in well beaten egg whites.

5Bake in greased and floured pan for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 300°.

6Remove from pan at once.
