Sour Cream Rolls

- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar.

2Melt margarine and bring to a boil.

3Remove form heat and stir in sour cream and remainder of sugar.

4Cool to lukewarm.

5Add yeast mixture and beaten egg.

6Mix well.

7Combine flour and salt.
-
8Add to yeast mixture.
-
9Mix.
-
10Refrigerate overnight or longer.

11Form into rolls and let rise until double in bulk.

12Bake until brown at 375° (about 15 minutes).
