Sour Cream Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. plain flour (unsifted)
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Scald sour cream; stir in sugar, margarine and salt.

    Cool until lukewarm.

    Put water in large bowl; add yeast.

    Blend in sour cream mixture; add eggs.

    Blend in flour.

    Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.

    Grease pans.

    Form into rolls on pan.

    Let rise in warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours according to how warm it is.

    Makes 30 rolls.
