   Reduce heat; stir occasionally until it forms a hard ball.

   Beat two egg whites until fluffy.

   Add the jello gradually and beat until mixture holds a stiff peak.

   Pour syrup into egg whites, beating constantly, until it loses its glossy look.

   Add nuts and coconut.

   Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
