  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. boiling water (mixed with cocoa)

Directions

    Cream butter; add sugar and cream thoroughly.

    Add eggs and cocoa mixed with boiling water.

    Add sour cream, flour and vanilla.

    Mix well and pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Frost with fudge frosting.
