- 1 lb. liver
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- dash of paprika
- 1 Tbsp. each: wine and vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper as desired
- 2 c. water
- 5 ginger berries
Directions

1Cut liver into small pieces.

2Cook onion in 1 tablespoon fat until clear in appearance.

3Add liver; stir frequently for 3 minutes.

4Sprinkle flour over meat mixture, stirring for 3 more minutes.

5Add salt, pepper, paprika, water, wine, vinegar, bay leaf, clove and ginger berries; cook slowly for 10 minutes.

6Goes well with noodles, rice and potatoes.
