- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup curd hung for half hour
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 salt to taste
Directions

1Boil potatoes in little water.

2Peel and cut in large chunks.

3Blend chillies and sesame together until crumbly.

4Add yoghurt and blend a little just for mixing.

5Brush a non stick pan with oil.

6Medium flame.

7Add sesame paste and stir-fry for few seconds.

8Add salt and then potatoes.

9Mix well.

10Raise flame to high and cook until moisture evaporates.
