  • 1/2 cups Warm Water (105-110 Degrees F)
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2/3 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Instant Potato Flakes
  • FOR THE BREAD:
  • 1 cup Sourdough Starter
  • 1/2 cups Corn Oil (I Use Vegetable Oil Usually)
  • 1-1/2 cup Warm Water
  • 1/3 cups Sugar
  • 6 cups Bread Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • FOR THE FEEDING (EVERY 2-5 DAYS):
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2/3 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Instant Potato Flake
  • FOR PREPARING THE LOAVES:
  • Melted Butter, For Brushing On The Loaves
  • Olive Oil, For Brushing On Your Bowl And On The Dough
