- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix well and let set out of refrigerator all day, 8 to 12 hours, until very bubbly.

2Feed 2 or 3 times before making bread to avoid depleting your Starter.

3Take out one cup to make bread and return the rest to the refrigerator.
