- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. potato flakes (instant)
- 1/4 tsp. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 c. bread flour (no substitute)
Directions

1After you have mixed and kneaded, place in a large greased bowl and let rise most of the day, then punch down and divide into 3 parts and shape into loaves.

2Place in greased pans and let rise overnight.

3The next morning, preheat oven to 375° and let bake 10 minutes.

4Reduce to 350°.

5Bake until done (usually 25 to 30 minutes).

6Turn out on racks to cool.
