- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sourdough starter
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 5 1/2 c. unbleached flour
Directions

1Mix ingredients with 2 1/2 cups of the flour.

2Beat for 3 minutes.

3Stir in remaining flour to make

6dough. Knead for 8 minutes.

13Next morning, punch down and divide into 3 parts.
