- 1 3/4 to 2 c. starter (leave enough starter to feed next week)
- 6 c. bread flour
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix all in large bowl (will be doughy).

2Cover and let rise until double in size about 6 to 8 hours.

3Turn onto floured board and knead out air bubbles.

4Divide into 3 parts.

5Grease 3 bread pans with Pam.

6Let rise until to top of pan (around 3 to 5 hours). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
