- 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Blend together all ingredients until smooth.

2Pour into a 2-quart non-metallic bowl. Cover with wax paper and towel and set at room temperature for 48 hours.

3Stir 2 or 3 times.

4After 48 hours, cover with a tight fitting cover and refrigerate.
