- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 c. warm water
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. potato flakes
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2Mix in 1 cup warm water, sugar and potato flakes.

3Let sit out all day.

4Refrigerate 2 to 5 days.

5Take out after 2 to 5 days; add to this 1 cup of warm water, 2/3 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons of potato flakes.

6Let sit out all day or overnight.

7Use 1 cup of starter for first batch of bread.

8Refrigerate remainder.

9Feed every 3 to 5 days with 1 cup warm water, 2/3 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons potato flakes.
