  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. or 1 rounded Tbsp. yeast
  • 2 1/2 c. lukewarm water

Directions

    Mix and let stand 48 hours at room temperature.

    After each use, put back 1 to 2 cups flour and mix with lukewarm water.
