  • 2 c. raw rice
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • raw chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1/2 c. sherry

Directions

    Cover the rice with the water.

    Sprinkle soup mix over.

    Lay pieces of chicken on top.

    Cover chicken with the soup mixture. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
