- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. lukewarm potato water
- 2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm potato water.

2Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

3Loosely cover the bowl and set it aside in a warm place to ferment.

4It takes 48 hours to ferment, after which the starter is placed in a jar with a lid and refrigerated to be used as needed.
