- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 6 c. vegetables (sliced squash, zucchini and red pepper strips)
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

2Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.

3Sprinkle salad dressing mix over vegetables.

4Toss to coat well.

5Stir in vinegar until well mixed.

6Serve warm.
