  • 6 c. vegetables (sliced squash, zucchini and red pepper strips)
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.

    Sprinkle salad dressing mix over vegetables.

    Toss to coat well.

    Stir in vinegar until well mixed.
