- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (9 oz.) box corn muffin mix
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter and drain the whole kernel corn.

2Beat the eggs. Combine all the ingredients together, adding the muffin mix last. Pour into a greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.

4Good with ham or pork chops.
