- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
Directions

1Mix well and add to Starter.

2Let Starter stand in fridge all day or until bubbly.

3Remove 1 cup to make bread, then return rest to fridge.

4Keep for 5 days and feed again (repeat).
