  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes

Directions

    Mix well and add to Starter.

    Let Starter stand in fridge all day or until bubbly.

    Remove 1 cup to make bread, then return rest to fridge.
  4. 4
    Keep for 5 days and feed again (repeat).
