- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 chicken breasts
Directions

1In a small saucepan, melt margarine.

2Stir in onion soup and cornstarch, then reserved pineapple juice and lemon juice. Arrange chicken and pineapple chunks in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Pour onion mixture over chicken and bake 45 minutes until chicken is tender.

4Serve with hot vegetables or over rice.
