- 1 pork roast
- 1 c. vinegar
- water
- 1 crushed hot pepper
- hickory smoke barbecue sauce
Directions

1Slowly cook the roast with the vinegar, pepper and enough water to cover roast in crock-pot all day.

2When cooked, remove roast and let cool.

3Save 1 cup of juice from the crock-pot and discard the rest.

4With fork, separate the meat.

5Return the meat to crock-pot.

6Add 1 cup of juices and barbecue sauce.

7Heat and serve.
