- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 1 stiffly beaten egg white
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream together the butter and sugar.

2Add egg yolks and egg white; mix well.

3Add the raisins, nuts and vanilla.

4Pour into pastry shell.

5Bake in hot oven (400°) until filling is set. Reduce temperature to moderate (350°); bake until browned.

6Serve with whipped cream.
