  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1-1/2 c. half and half cream

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°. Beat the eggs well, combine with corn. Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper, then add to corn mixture. Stir in butter and cream, mixing well. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake for about an hour, or until firm and golden brown. Great served with ham. Yield: 6 servings.
