- 3 eggs
- 2 c. whole kernel corn
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1-1/2 c. half and half cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°. Beat the eggs well, combine with corn. Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper, then add to corn mixture. Stir in butter and cream, mixing well. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake for about an hour, or until firm and golden brown. Great served with ham. Yield: 6 servings.
