  • 6 c. crumbled cornbread
  • 4 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 8 c. stock or broth
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sage or poultry seasoning

    Beat eggs slightly; combine all ingredients.

    Pack lightly into prepared bird just before roasting or bake separately.
