  • 1 c. finely chopped celery, sauteed
  • 3 chopped, boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 5 homemade biscuits, crumbled
  • 2 medium, chopped onions, sauteed
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Crumble bread into mixing bowl.

    Add boiling broth.

    Cover and let set 5 minutes.

    Add other ingredients in order given.

    Pour into greased baking dish and bake 1 hour at 400°.

    Serve with chicken, giblet gravy and cranberry sauce.
