- 1 (16 oz.) can white corn, drained
- 2 slices bacon
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Fry bacon in skillet.

2Remove bacon and add corn to drippings in skillet.

3Crumble the bacon and add to the corn.

4Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Add salt, pepper and sugar to corn mixture.

6Add peppers for flavoring, if desired.
