  • 3 quarts water
  • 4 beef or chicken
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper

  • 2 bay leaves

    Wash neck bones and place all ingredients in large pot.
