  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1/4 c. melted oleo
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. roasted peanuts
  • 1 (10-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients.

    Beat well; add peanuts.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350° for approximately 30 minutes.

    Serve at room temperature. Serves 8 to 10.
