- seasoned pepper, i use jamaica me crazy by johnny's
- 14 cup Southern Comfort
- wood chips
Directions

1Take the rack of ribs-Pull off membrane.

2Season with Seasoned Pepper.

3Wrap and put in frig or on ice.

4Two hours before you grill-Pour a 1/4 cup of Southern Comfort over ribs and rub into meat.

5Use smoke chips in small pan as you grill on side of fire- I use Applewood or Alder.
