  • 1 baby back rib rack
  • seasoned pepper, i use jamaica me crazy by johnny's
  • 14 cup Southern Comfort
  • wood chips

Directions

    Take the rack of ribs-Pull off membrane.

    Season with Seasoned Pepper.
  3. 3
    Wrap and put in frig or on ice.
  4. 4
    Two hours before you grill-Pour a 1/4 cup of Southern Comfort over ribs and rub into meat.
  5. 5
    Use smoke chips in small pan as you grill on side of fire- I use Applewood or Alder.
