- 8 ears fresh corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Cut corn from cob.

2Heat butter or margarine in skillet and add corn.

3Cook at medium for about 5 minutes, stirring often (may stick to bottom of pan if not stirred often).

4Sprinkle flour, sugar and salt on top of corn and stir well.

5Add milk and stir again.

6Continue cooking at low heat for another 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often.

7Serves 6.
