  • 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. Lawry's hot 'n spicy seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • watercress (garnish)

Directions

    Cut fillets into 4 serving portions.

    In flat dish, combine cornmeal with hot 'n spicy seasoned salt and seasoned pepper.

    Dip fish in buttermilk, then in flour.

    Dip again in buttermilk, then in seasoned cornmeal.
