- 1 Tbsp. Lawry's hot 'n spicy seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned pepper
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- watercress (garnish)
Directions

1Cut fillets into 4 serving portions.

2In flat dish, combine cornmeal with hot 'n spicy seasoned salt and seasoned pepper.

3Dip fish in buttermilk, then in flour.

4Dip again in buttermilk, then in seasoned cornmeal.
