Southwest Egg Casserole

  • 10 whole 10 Inch Tortillas
  • 1 pound Browned Breakfast Sausage
  • 2 cans (4 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chilies
  • 12 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese

Directions

    Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Cut the tortillas into inch-wide strips and cover the bottom of the pan with the strips.

    Spread crumbled, cooked sausage over the tortillas. Next, layer on the green chilies.

    Whisk the eggs and milk together and pour over the top of the sausage and chilies.

    Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.

    Serve with salsa and sour cream.
