- 10 whole 10 Inch Tortillas
- 1 pound Browned Breakfast Sausage
- 2 cans (4 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chilies
- 12 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
Directions

1Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Cut the tortillas into inch-wide strips and cover the bottom of the pan with the strips.

2Spread crumbled, cooked sausage over the tortillas. Next, layer on the green chilies.

3Whisk the eggs and milk together and pour over the top of the sausage and chilies.

4Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.

5Serve with salsa and sour cream.
