Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 medium vine ripe tomatoes
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 2 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 1/2 lb chicken thighs
  • 4 tbsp cider vinegar

    dice all vegetables

    mix beans and corn to vegetables

    add ranch dressing and garlic powder to taste

    I use a slow cooker to cook chicken until it falls apart with half bbq sauce and vinegar

    I shred chicken and mix with more bbq sauce
  6. 6
    I put down a bed or romaine then add vegetables then pulled bbq on top.

    I have also left out the romaine and placed in a sandwich.
