- 1 large cucumber
- 2 medium vine ripe tomatoes
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 1/2 cup black beans
- 1 1/2 cup corn
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 2 cup bbq sauce
- 2 1/2 lb chicken thighs
- 4 tbsp cider vinegar
Directions

1dice all vegetables

2mix beans and corn to vegetables

3add ranch dressing and garlic powder to taste

4I use a slow cooker to cook chicken until it falls apart with half bbq sauce and vinegar

5I shred chicken and mix with more bbq sauce

6I put down a bed or romaine then add vegetables then pulled bbq on top.

7I have also left out the romaine and placed in a sandwich.
