  • 2 cans tuna, drained and flaked 6-1/2 oz. ea.
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery or jicama
  • 4 tablespoons pickled jalapeno peppers chopped, optional
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 English muffins sandwich-size, split and toasted
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese about 3 oz.

Directions

    Combine tuna, Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Real Mayonnaise, celery, jalapeno peppers and onion in medium bowl. Evenly spoon onto muffin halves; arrange on baking sheet.

    Evenly top with cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
