  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. low calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained and divided in half
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions

Directions

    Combine cheese, mayonnaise, 1/2 olives, green chilies, garlic powder and hot sauce.

    Top with 1/2 olives, tomato and green onions.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

    Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
