- 4 ounces soy sauce, tamari
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger ground
- 2 tablespoons onion, dried flakes
- 38 cups bourbon whiskey
Directions

1Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over chicken.

2Marinate overnight.

3Bake at 325F (160C) F, basting frequently for 1 1/2 hours or until well browned.
