Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 small shallot, coursely chopped
  • 2 tbsp peeled and chopped fresh ginger

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth, about 1 minute.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors develop.

    This will keep for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
