- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 small shallot, coursely chopped
- 2 tbsp peeled and chopped fresh ginger
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth, about 1 minute.

2Refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors develop.

3This will keep for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
