- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 1/3 c. dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl.

2Pour over meat that has been placed in a glass dish.

3Marinate meat for 6 to 8 hours, turning meat every 1 to 2 hours.
