Soy-Marinated Steaks for Two

  • 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 bone-in beef sirloin steaks (3/4 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 tsp. oil

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.

    Pour over steaks in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steaks.

    Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat oil in medium ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat.

    Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.

    Add steaks to skillet; cook 3 to 4 min.

    on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.

    Transfer skillet to oven.
