- 1 cup Soy Beans
- 1 gallon, 9 cups, 5 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 5 pinches Water
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon, 1 pinches Oil
- 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-13 pinches Tomato Juice
- Parsley
Directions

1Pick over the soy beans.

2Wash, and then soak overnight.

3The next day, boil the soy in plenty of water (about 5 -6 liters).

4Let it boil for 2-3 hours.

5After cooking, strain it and put it in a bowl with chopped onion and salt.

6Mix well with a mixer or blender, and gradually add oil and tomato juice.

7(The tomato juice sweetens the sometimes-bitter taste of soy.)
