  • 1 cup Soy Beans
  • 1 gallon, 9 cups, 5 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 5 pinches Water
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon, 1 pinches Oil
  • 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-13 pinches Tomato Juice
  • Parsley

    Pick over the soy beans.

    Wash, and then soak overnight.

    The next day, boil the soy in plenty of water (about 5 -6 liters).

    Let it boil for 2-3 hours.

    After cooking, strain it and put it in a bowl with chopped onion and salt.

    Mix well with a mixer or blender, and gradually add oil and tomato juice.

    (The tomato juice sweetens the sometimes-bitter taste of soy.)

    Finally, sprinkle with parsley.
