  • 1 liter oil
  • salt
  • pepper

    Soak the soya beans for 3-4 hours or until they start to open up.

    Throw the water.

    Heat up the oil and add the soya.

    Fry on high heat till the beans come to the top of the oil.

    Place the beans on a paper towel to absorb the oil.
