- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Directions

1Place chicken wings in stock pot; sprinkle with ginger and wine.

2Cover and simmer over medium-high heat until wine is almost evaporated.

3Add remaining ingredients, mixed well.

4Simmer and cook, covered, for 1 hour, stirring wings often and keeping heat at medium to medium-high.

5Serves 6 to 8.
