- 4 lb. ribs
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2/3 c. chili sauce
Directions

1Simmer ribs in salted water until tender.

2Cut them into separate ribs.

3Melt oleo in saucepan and add 1 clove crushed garlic.

4Simmer 4 to 5 minutes.

5Add ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, celery seed, salt, pepper sauce and lemon juice.

6Bring to a boil and pour over drained ribs in a roasting pan.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, basting often.
