  • 1 box lemon instant pudding
  • 5 eggs
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • cinnamon sugar mixture

    blend together first 5 ingredients on low speed; then beat on high for 5 minutes. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes. Melt margarine and drizzle over hot cake. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
