  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, smashed
  • 6 roma tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp fresh basil
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • salt and pepper, to taste
